Our structures are made of "green materials" that are highly energy efficient in the process as a natural construction materials. Our pre-engineered kits includes:

 Steel connectors with shapes, angles and joints of every floor plan that we offer, these steel connectors will hook with the pre-dimensioned bamboo poles to form the main structure; all of our structures have a 30 degree roof pitch which will increase the life span of the thatch.

Bamboo poles cut to the proper size with pre-drilled holes for every member of the core structure.

Roof panels out of plywood OSB mounted on a rebar mesh; finished ceiling with Reed and  tarp as a water proof element in between the rain cape, the panels are dimensioned and ready to be installed on the structure, creating the most solid, attractive and natural form of roofing in this market.

Prefab deck floors for every floor plan, out of treated lumber, pre fabricated sections that will make the installation a breeze; with the posts and footings in concrete already poured, making the installation a breeze, in case that you do not have an slab or deck for your structure.

Our structures are the original architectural Asian style Pagoda or Bali style House, Mexican Palapas, and Central and South American Kiosks native Architecture. The difference is our patented technology design to simplify the construction process to the point that two people without carpentry or construction skills can assemble any of our structures between 3 hours for the umbrellas  to 8 hours for some multi-purpose cabins.
